Although the wait time in the line was long, it was worth it. The staff remained engaged with us and conducted several purchases with customers waiting in the line outside the store.

Pandora is great

I thought because of covid restrictions i would have a long wait. But i didn't it was quite fast. Also the store maintained the 6 ft distance rule. And the sale that was going on helped me get more than one charm and i was happy about that.

The girl that helped me was amazing. I told her what I was looking for and she was on point.

Megan the store manager was awesome in assisting me in what I was looking for. Her knowledge and attitude was amazingly awesome. There was also another Megan who assisted me, they made my shopping experience super easy and pleasurable.

The assistant that I received from the associate was great and she was very patient with us. After I made my purchase there were 2 other people with me who also made a purchase and she stayed pleasant the entire time.

Customer service was exceptional!

Everything was good. Have not been in a store in quite some time. My visit was pleasant. Plan on returning soon. Very excited about all the new items.
