The sales associate was very helpful. Unlike some of the other stores, this location had Christmas charms. The store wasn't to crowded.

customer service was fast, friendly & considerate of my needs. My jewelry was cleaned and all charms put back on my bangles after cleaning. I was advised how I should store my jewelry in the future. I also made additional purchases this visit.

Megan, our sales associate, was so kind and friendly. She was very helpful and knew the answers that I had. Additionally, she was able to “up sell” me and I’m glad she did. I ended up buying a bracelet that is engraved and has a firework on it.

Everything I was looking for was right before my eyes! Sierra was an amazing help to my husband and I.
