I was very happy with the professionalism of the assistant. It is not as easy as it seems to put together a nice bracelet. I’m very picky and not easy to please. The assistant managed to create perfect combination of charms for my bracelet.

I enjoyed my shopping experience at the Pandora Outlet in Williamsburg, VA. The sales associate, Danielle, was very friendly, patient, and knowlegable. I am new to Pandora so she took time to explain and demonstrate things as needed. Very happy with the charms I purchased and the free bracelet I got (w/ my $125 purchase on my new Pandora Credit Card/account that Danielle helped me open). Danielle even looked up charms online (that were not available in the store) to see if the charms were available to order.
