The staff was very friendly and helped me pick out rings. They were able to find the size I needed. The staff also helped me navigate through different charm trays.

My husband and I was looking for a last minute birthday gift for our 14 year old daughter. We found the perfect gift, with the cutest charms. Love how the braclet says I love you! The salesperson was very friendly and patient with us while we made our selction. The only thing I would reccomend is having a charm for social workers. I was told that there were not. It would be nice to purchase for friends in the future.

First of all, I LOVE Pandora jewelry! The outlet store in Williamsburg, VA was very clean and well marked for social distancing. The sales associate was very informative and helpful with helping me decide on my selection!
