The sales associate was welcoming when I came in. She was knowledgable about the merchandise and attentive to my needs. I told her what I was looking for and what my budget was. She made sure I didnt go over & I left the store with what I came for!

Demetrius was awesome only went in for a bracelet ended up with 2 bracelets a charm and 2 locks. Very impressed with your butterfly collections

It was my first time here and I loved it always wanted a bracelet the person who assisted me was so helpful with coming up with different design I just loved the experience

Even though we are in a pandemic, the way chosen to assist customers is great. One person per sales associate. The young lady that assisted me with the purchase of my charms was awesome. She was also very thorough with cleaning and sanitizing.

I enjoyed the experience and quality care that the associates had. Didn’t like waiting in line in the heat to get in though.

Based on the display, I fell in LOVE with a three-ringed style. I thought that that was what I wanted. Then, I second-guessed myself, and tried other styles. Megan was super patient with me the whole time that I was trying to figure out what I wanted. She made excellent suggestions, and I ended up buying an extra ring more than I'd originally planned! I'm so happy about my purchase!
