The people were extremely nice. Everyone had in a mask and was extremely polite. The young lady who was the sales associate was extremely helpful.

Had never been to a Pandora store before and I was truly impressed with the Williamsburg Virginia store. It was welcoming, clean, and appealing to the eye. Megan P was the salesperson who helped me and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer, more helpful and polite salesperson. I highly recommend this store!

This was the absolute best experience at a pandora I have ever received. Demetria was patient and kind. She saw my eyes drawn to a product but recommended another piece that I automatically loved the idea of having. We laughed we shared some stories and had a great time doing business. She assisted me with finding items that I wasnt even looking for. I live in NYC and will absolutely make sure when I need/want any new charms or pieces i will be traveling the 6 hours to come to this store specifically just to see Demetria again.

I visited a Pandora outlet store. I wasn't sure of what to expect. I was the only customer in the store and was being helped by 2 associates, due to the way merchandise handling is set up during Covid-19. The one ring I went to look for was available in my size, so I was very pleased. I looked at several other pieces, but both associates were very patient with me. In total, I purchased 3 items. I thanked the both of them for their patience with me, since it was a joint effort in assisting me.
