The service was excellent. Madeline was very pleasant and showed a variety of pieces I may have been interested in. She assisted myself and my husband without rushing us, and told us about the variety of ways the charms and locket could be interchanged. We had a very positive experience.

Sales person was outstanding. Have had issues with pandora sales staff in other locations and this was how it should be. Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.
