In one word, SHELBY! This girl somehow helps me each time I visit this location and she is great. I didn't even realize she had helped me the last time until I mentioned that I needed to buy a clip. It was almost closing time on my last visit and both girls immediately greeted me when I walked in the door with smiles. Even through my indecisiveness, Shelby was extremely patient and even offered to clean my bracelet. The other girl was working hard making sure the glass was spotless. I prefer this location in Williamsburg although I'm much closer to the stores in Richmond. They always have a free gift with purchase and lots of specials or marked down items. I came in to buy my mother a couple of charms for her new bracelet, but because of the professionalism and salesmanship of Shelby I ended up getting those clips she recommended months ago and actually remembered selling me my charms! That girl is a great asset to your organization. THANK YOU!!!!!!

I walked in with my husband and son and everyone that was working greeted us and was super friendly. Answered any And all questions I had. They cleaned all my charms for me and I ended up spending an additional $350 in there because everyone was so pleasant and made us feel at home. Only wish the charms weren’t as expensive as they are. Everything is so beautiful.

I got a mother’s day dangle set for $79, I love it.
