I was able to construct the bracelet I wanted to add to my collection. I had a question about the letter L and the supervisor was able to explain what my option was. The store had all the charms I wanted and I was allowed to try on the bracelet to get the correct size for my wrist.

The experience was great, but it could be better. Buy in pandora is always a way to keep with you a part of a moment, celebration or something special and sometimes the purchase is cold and only a transaction. Anyways they have the charm that I was looking for for my birthday. And the attention of the sales associate called Leslymar was good.
