As soon as i walked in i was greeted with lively smiles. I was asked for assistance as soon as i seen a charm i liked! Elaine did a magnificent job at educating me and helping get the perfect gift for my girlfriend. Amazing experience.

The associates Chelsea and Narlea were extremely helpful in ensuring that I selected the right merchandise that fit my needs. Their extensive knowledge of the merchandise and jewelry in general allowed me to make a great purchase! They were very pleasant throughout the process as well!

The associate who helped me, Narly, in the Times Square store today was very helpful, friendly, and provided a speedy, smooth experience. She was able to find all the charms I wanted quickly and helped me figure out which size bracelet would be best for my mother. The entire time she was friendly and welcoming. I will be sure to come back to Pandora in the near future.

Kandida was very friendly and knowledgeable about her store and merchandise. She was able to assist me when I was not able to find the product I was looking for and recommended comparable items. Was very patient when I had to find a different payment when my primary one wasn't working.
