I called the store prior to my visit because i wanted to make sure the item i wanted to exchange was in stock. They advised me it was and once i got there they provided me with great customer service while maintaining social distance guidelines.

Sales associate was very helpful. Helped me turn my bracelet from boring to brand new with color and sparkles. Loved her honesty, helpfulness, and knowledge of product. Very professional and store was clean. Amazing job done!

I went to this location searching for a "Y" for my mothers charm bracelet as a gift for her anniversary after already having checked 2 previous locations. I was greeted by Mary, who was able to quickly find the charm I was looking for as well as recommending some other pieces for me for the next gift. She was very knowledgeable and kind, she got me in and out the store quickly.

The sales associate as well as the welcome team were very courteous and helpful. I was very satisfied with the service and the merchandise I purchased!
