I was Able to make my wife smile while being sad and she was in love with the selections in the store also the employees was extremely nice

Went into the store for a particular item. The sales associate explained that they no longer carry that item because it was recalled. And with that she showed me another option that I would never have considered until I tried it on. I was sold after that.

My experience felt safe and swift. My exchange was done very efficiently. And my Pandora associate was very knowledgeable about the product.. overall short and sweet experience

I came in to purchase a bracelet for a Star Wars charm I received as a Christmas gift. The sales woman Alexandria was so amazing. She’s very personable and paid attention to details and made my shopping experience feel like I was shopping with a friend instead of a sales person. Very knowledgeable and a horrible influence lol. In the best way lol. She helped me create the cutest Star Wars charm bracelet in the galaxy. She made my Sithmas bright lol.

I wasn’t satisfied with the 42nd TS Location. They let too many people inside and we couldn’t look around for other items.
