Once I entered the store, the sales representative was ready to assist me. They both Dina and Asia, was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and store policy. During my visit, because of them I will both return and recommend this store. They made me feel comfortable, and didn’t rush me. I will definitely return to get my jewelry cleaned, and to buy more bracelets and charms. Both Dina and Asia have great customer services skills.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because the associate who helped me, Dina, went above and beyond for me like she always does.
