Sales representatives were very friendly and helpful. They offered to clean our bracelets. They were amazingly attentive and were very knowledgeable about the in store products and the ones we had collected.

The sales associate was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She went above and beyond with helping find the rings in different sizes. She even had suggestions based on what we were looking for.

I purchased a charm from the Pandora store on West 42nd & was welcomed by a positive & charismatic staff. Kelicia was very upbeat, helpful and professional when assisting throughout the entire process.

The Sales Associate was very knowledgeable, friendly and very tentative to me and my granddaughter. She was answered all of my questions concerning the different charms and she recommended a safety piece so my granddaughter wouldn’t loose her bracelet.

First, I was able to get my bracelet cleaned. Another location said they weren’t cleaning bracelets until next month. Secondly, Chelsey was very helpful with the selection of my bracelet and charms. Lastly, the 42nd street location had a large selection of charms.

I’ve been shopping at this store for the last couple of years and Always receive excellent customer service from the staff, friendly informative with great suggestions
