Alexandra L was a joy to work with! We clicked immediately like old friends. She was knowledgeable, courteous, professional but most important to me transparent! She made sure I got the best deal possible! She shares the same birthday as my best friend and I will definitely be calling her the wish her the best birthday ever!! Service was excellent, sales associate was very kind, efficient and friendly. However I am a bit dissatisfied with the quality of the charms. I was able to get a replacement but very unhappy to see that the charms break in less than 15 days of usage. It has happened with the Start Wars charms as well as the tennis ball and bicycle charm. Designs should consider normal wear and tear.

The girl who helped me was super helpful with finding the perfect size ring with me. She was also super friendly. She even told me about new items that recently came out.

The sales associate-Arianna was extremely patient and helpful. She took the time to make suggestions. If there was an item that was not available she apologized for not having it. She provided superb customer service.

42nd St. Pandora store is my all time favorite store to purchase my charms. The store is always clean and everyone is so nice & courteous there. My sales associate, Adriana always knows the type of charms that I'm looking for.

The service was excelente, while I was waiting on the line even tho it was cold the staff always kept it friendly with us and letting us know that we will be in shortly. Also the staff that helped me inside Alexandra was super friendly, knew her merchandise and was able to advise me while shopping. Loved the staff!

I was given a lot of options to choose from the different bracelets to earrings. I was very happy with the service and how clean the store was.
