I emailed the store about the availability of an exclusive charm. I live in Chicago and the charm is not available here. Dina (my salesperson) was incredibly helpful and patient! She provided me with a tracking number and my charms arrived quickly. Since my daughter & I were unable to visit New York, I was thrilled to be able to purchase an exclusive charm. I can't wait to visit in person in the future!
