I had a great experience during our store shopping. The sales associate was so very nice and friendly. She is very helpful and even made suggestions on bracelet and charms care. The store employees are overall all nice and not a snubs like most stores in NY. I visit NY like every other month....so I’m pretty sure I’ll be back.
