I visited the pandora in NYC on 34th and sadly was disappointed and dissatisfied. I chose to visit the 42nd location for better customer service. I was able to exchange a defective bracelet at the 42nd street location after being told I couldn't at the 34th street location. A bracelet broke just one month into purchasing it. I was told it was considered wear and tear. Then I was asked if I had a receipt. I showed the receipt and then was told another story . The solution they gave me was to take to a jeweler and get it sodered. I am a dedicated pandora customer. Although this experience has not changed the way I feel about pandora, it has changed how I feel about thr 34th street Location. I explained to employee that this was a sentimental gift I gave to my best friend after the passing of her mother last month. So the sadness I felt after I was told to go get it fixed somewhere other then where I purchased it was hurtful. Again I am glad and happy the other location exchanged it without any issues .
