I was satisfied with my visit because the associate was very friendly and patient with everything i wanted to see. She also offered to clean my bracelet and my ring.

Staff was helpful and friendly, despite NOT understanding rules of COVID, they educated us kindly, we had a short wait and were let in the store. Found the charm I wanted, offhandedly mentioned it was my birthday the next day and my son was buying me the charm and minutes later the woman that let us in, handed me a free gift bag and Pandora box that contained a free wallet ID holder. Thanks for a GREAT experience, despite the pandemic.

I like pandora because is a good material and very good price.

Especially because of the saleswoman, she was amazing! I had a very bad experience at the Herald Square location with a salesman, more than 3 times. Even that store is better located for me I won’t use that anymore.
