I had no issues. The line was long, but I visited the store a week before the holidays so that’s to be expected. I didn’t know I didn’t have to wait on the line for a pickup, but I ended up purchasing something else so it worked out fine.

The sales associate was helpful and very friendly. She was knowledgeable and gave me many options. She assisted me with picking our charms that were meaningful and memorable.

The bracelet is beautiful and represents my faith and my friendship with my sister.

The sales person was the best person and kind and made my daughters Christmas I would definitely go to her every time I’ll go purchase in pandora she is amazing I wish I knew her name she should be running that 42st store she is one of a kind I have never seen someone love they job and enjoys helping others she was just great I’m also writing a letter to headquarters cause this woman cannot go unnoticed she deserves everything I’m so thankful for her for making my life so easy a day like Christmas where I was so stress last minute shopping my kid loved the the pandora bracelet she help me picked out thank you so much again
