My sales associate was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted and never once forced a product on me. I really appreciate her concern as to why I chose certain charms. Because of our conversation she put together my bracelet perfectly.

the staff worked on making sure my necklace I bought in for cleaning was cleaned to the best it came out really good I was helped when picking of safty chain for my daughter bracelet found all the charms I wanted
