As soon as I walked in I was offered hand sanitizer and was greeted with a mask-filled smile :). I knew what I was looking for, NYC-themed charms, and the associate helped me immediately. I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. She offered to show me similar styles to what I was looking for and also educated me on the different styles and offered finishes of the bracelets. Thank you for your kindness and help :)

I don’t even know where to begin because Dina is amazing from her professionalism, to the greeting the suggestions she gave us we came in to exchange a bracelet that was purchased during the COVID-19 drive up stores and she managed to suggest 5 more items and we most definitely purchased them not because we are loyal to pandora but because we loveeee how eager to help us she was and how friendly and sweet she was. Just amazing amazing amazing. I most definitely will make this store my new store of choice. In addition I must add that every member of this team is just so pleasant and friendly and helpful and even though we were all wearing masks I could see and feel their inviting smile radiate right thru. I absolutely love all my suggested pieces too Thank u so much Medina you are GREAT!!!!! Looking forward to my next visit.
