I had an issue with one of the rings I had bought a little less than a year ago. This location was very open to helping but they didn’t have my size in the ring so they referred me to another location close by. After walking 10+ blocks, about 20 minutes, the other location didn’t even attempt to help me in ANY way because my warranty was almost over in two days and that wasn’t the location. After walking there in the rain, I walked back to this location, explained the situation to Francisca and told her at that point I was even willing to take a bigger size and she helped me with no issue and apologized for the experience and the transaction was finished in minutes. I was very ready to never shop at pandora again but Francisca really helped me and made me feel better about my experience and I will definitely be shopping at this location. But not only because of Francisca, but because of Damian as well. Because they were both so open and willing to help me in anyway they could instead of shunning me away.
