It was amazing to go in there was a clear idea of what I wanted and be helped so spectacular. Damien and the team helped me with an exchange for my Slytherin charm and helped me pick out an amazing gift for my fiancé.

Immediately upon entering the store I was warmly greeted by a host. The host was able to quickly appoint me to the someone to assist with what I was looking for. The young lady who assisted me, Thomasine, was fantastic- she listened to my interests and quickly put together the perfect combo to match my taste.

Salesperson was very friendly. She was knowledgeable. She was also very patient. Overall Stephanie was a fantastic salesperson.

I liked the service I've received and helpful advice of the salesperson. Unfortunately, some of the items in the catalog were not available in the store. I also think thhe selection could be bigger.
