I received a bracelet as a gift that was too big for my wrist. The manager was nice enough to exchange it for me and explain what size works best for my wrist. He also explained how my bracelet will stretch over time and how to avoid damaging my jewelry.

When I walked in was greeted professionally. Associate was very friendly and directed me to the person that would help me. The manager was pleasant and made the exchange very easy and smooth.

My experience at this location was great from the moment I entered the store. They didn't hesitate to get assistance to me. The sales lady Thomasine L did a wonderful job at helping me find the perfect charms for my female friend who is moving to another state. She was so patient and kind in showcasing the charms to me. I will be back next month to get my mom a birthday gift.
