Visiting New York, My wife likes to get new beads when she is visiting other towns. Nice selection of New York beads. Staff was great in the selection of the beads and return of a bracelet that was damaged.

We were visiting NYC two days after Christmas, the city was full of people. The line outside was orderly, they provided catalogs to view sale items as well as what was available. The line inside was also orderly and the store was well staffed.

My experience didn't start on the right foot when I got to the store & found a long line snaking inside & out. It's Dec in NYC & the last thing I wanted to do was spend my evening braving the cold. But it was their after-Christmas Day sale & select items were 50% off. So, I bit the bullet. I've had my eye on a few pieces online & was glad to learn the store offered the same & more! As I made my way through the inside of the store in my coat, hat, scarf etc..., I began to feel faint (that sweaty, cold feeling BEFORE blacking out). Luckily, it was my turn to be attended. I was looking for Safia (a sweet & patient soul) who had helped me in the past. I brought her a box of chocolate to show her my gratitude. The current sales associate, Jisette, informed me that Safia had moved on from Pandora Times Square shortly before the holidays. That was unfortunate. However, I was glad to learn Jisette is also patient & kind. There were a few pieces I wanted that were hard to find, she searched all around the store and even went into storage. She helped me create a bright & sentimental piece, which brings me joy each time I look at it. Thank you, Jisette!
