Once we enter store the wait was quick and my select merchandise was available with minimal wait . We were in store no more then 30 minutes.

The sales associate made it an ease to return the item not too many questions they were just worried that inwas happy

The rep was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped me create two beautiful bracelets. And she showed me multiple options

the women took her time with me. I was also asking to see different items and she made sure she showed me everything I was looking for. she also gave me a discount from the total

The associates and manager were friendly. They knew the charm I wanted by the description that I gave them. As soon as I walked into the the store I was greeted by an associate.

My sales associate Natalie C was very friendly and knowledgeable of the charms I was looking for. She gave me her undivided attention and even shared some places for me to visit while I was in New York. If I lived in the area I would definitely be a repeat customer of hers.
