En general muy buen servicio y feliz con la pieza que compre pero lo que la hizo mejor es que encontré de las “gomitas” que se ponen para que ciertas piezas no “bailen” en las pulseras de cuero :), llevaba meses buscándolas

Easy of fulfilling my requirements. The people at the store were very friendly and understood my requirements in the blink of an eye. I tried to change the goods in Italy without success, while at the nyc store was tremendously easy.

Had trouble getting charm on my bracelet. Returned to the store two days after purchase and they were very nice and patiently showed me how to put nnew charms on my bracelet.

The Pandora sales associate, Stephanie T, was very attentive. She answered my questions and was very patient. She even recommended where my new charm purchase would look good on my bracelet. My overall experience was very pleasant.
