As soon as I walked in to Pandora I bonded right away with Luz. She was son kind enough to have my charms,necklace and ring cleaned while she was helping select my new bracelet. She was so sweet and definitely had the patience. I was so unsure on what to get at first. But I made it clear that I wanted something cute and simple. That was exactly what she found for me. I’m so happy to had found something that definitely looks good on me. THANK YOU LUZ YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!!!

The associates at the Times Square location were very friendly and knowledgeable. They offered great advice about how to care for my bracelets. I went in for a cleaning and wound up making a purchase. Great customer service!

I'm a loyal customer of Pandora and I often visit Pandora's shop in Beijing. I like the design of the blue series and Christmas series very much. And my shopping experience in the store is satisfying every time because the shop assistant has always been very enthusiastic.
