I need to exchange a gift that was the wrong size. It was the last day to exchange the item and I couldn't find the receipt although I thought I had it with me. The salesperson was very sympathetic and helpful, and the manager ended up helping me out.

Your sales reps are great professionals. Really greet you with a warm smile and show how much they want to help. My salesperson was KIMBERLY A (# 185394). Kimberly was warmhearted, friendly, really went out of her way to help me. I asked "Do you have Purple Charms" and indeed she showed me an amazing Purple charm with butterflies which I fell in love with and purchased called "Butterfly Glass". Then I spotted a set of Mother and Daughter but color was RED which I did not like. Kimberly went out of her way to show me 3 others that are Mother & Daughter. I fell in love and purchased a set. Walking into the store on 42nd Street is great. All are Friendly and Warm. Really care for Customers. THANK YOU!!!

I was highly satisfied with my experience because as I entered Pandora I was greeted with a friendly smile and asked what I can be helped with. Then I was referred to a pandora associate behind the counter who was very polite and patient with me as I looked for the image of the charms I wanted. The associate also made sure to check the pricing for any sale on the items I selected.
