Very helpful and knowledgeable sales representatives

It was a nice environment, clean, pleasant, nice layout in the store, a big variety of jewelry, nice music, and professional, friendly staff.

The sales assistant answered all the questions we had and provided assistance we required.

Firstly the Sales Associate was very helpful, friendly and cheerful. The store I visited was on Bryant St, Times Square, NY. It’s a beautiful store, immaculately clean and everything in there was so shiny and beautiful. This will be my now go to Pandora store for my future purchases. Thanks Pandora!!

The customer service representative was extremely helpful and courteous. The reason I won't visit this store is because I was in town from Atlanta visiting New York. I truly enjoyed the refreshments that I was offered.

I really liked the environment of the store , every one was very friendly especially the employer who assisted me . I would definitely go back again to this place and buy more charms , the employer made sure i was good with my pandora bracelet.

We were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable associate, turns out she was the store manager. She took the time to show us options of what we were looking for (something uniquely “New York”, and then showed us alternatives that are popular. She also took the time to get to know us, as Canadian tourists we appreciated that especially in a big busy store like Times Square. We were thoroughly impressed.
