Trea, the associate that assisted me, was super friendly and helpful and she had a lot of patience as I went thru quiet a few options when i was putting together a bracelet for my best friends. the suggestions she gave were on point with what i was looking for, overall I left very happy with my purchase.

I wanted to purchase a pandora bracelet but never got around to it, until tonight as I was passing the pandora store with some friends. And the sales person was observant to see that we needed some assistance.

After having been treated less welcoming in another Pandora store, the Pandora store on 42nd was welcoming and helped solve our problem. Especially Alex Ortiz (Store Manager) and Safia Mohammed (Sales Associate) were exceptionally nice and helpful. Kindest sales people we ever met.
