I had my daughters damaged charm, he was able to find my receipt and replaced my item with no problem. He also explained to me about the sale going on and helped me choose 3 charms for my wife and 3 for my daughter. Great service

The salesperson was friendly. Period. Often times, they aren't. I HATE the Herald Square store for that reason. Sorry. A great product NEEDS great professionals who represent the brand.
