I was visiting NY and we planned to visit a Pandora store. When we entered the store, it wasclean, merchandise was beautifully displayed.

I thought due to location would be extremely crowded and it wasnt.I liked that you start at a line and not just walk up to the counter.of course the best was the earings I wanted were available.

Noelle was the manager and sales person. Because she was so amazing I came back and bought diamond earrings.

I loved how friendly the employers were and how quick they were to help me. They also had a lot of patience while I decided what I wanted to purchase.

The store was very clean when I came in. They had a nice way of organizing the line so that everyone could be waited on when it was their turn. The person that waited on me had a great personality and was very helpful in helping me select what I wanted to purchase.

The service was quick, I didn’t know what I wanted when I went in and initially was just looking but ended up buying a bracelet and the assistant was very quick finding my size and the charm I wanted. We checked out quickly and she was very kind.
