The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable, she should be commended for her outstanding customer service.

I walked into the store and approached Melissa. She was amazingly attentive and helped me to feel completely welcome. It was obvious that she loves the brand, and she was very intuitive on recommending items to me. I ended up buying much more than I had planned, and one of the main reasons was the customer service exhibited by Melissa.

The sales associate Jordan was excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He made the shopping experience fast and and fun. Answered all questions plus some. The other associates (manager amd the gentlemen that done the credit card chech) were very upbeat and helpful as well. Will go back when in NY.

I was satisfied with my experience because the wait time was short despite the high ammount of customers, meaning that the staff on hand were working efficiently to help everyone as quickly as possible. Furthermore the assistant was very friendly and gave good recommendations based on descriptions given. Even during the busy sales time of mothers day the experience was calm and relaxed, i will return in the future
