I am in love with the Pandora charms I even purchased a cute pair of earrings . The sales rep “Trea” is friendly and extremely helpful.

I was on vacation in New York City so I'm not sure I can return but I definitely would. The store was extremely busy but the sales person recognized me right away and called me over so he could assist me. He even showed me some exclusive New York City charms which I adored (I purchased one). I spent way more than I anticipated, lol. I love the brand and have rarely had issue with any location or sales rep. Even when I vacationed in Florida the Disney location was super helpful as well. Looking forward to continuing my collection. Than you!

We had great help from the staff in the New York Times Square store. They had the exact knowledge of the exclusive NYC Charms and how much each of those were. Very very satisfied with the visit.

Sales assistant dealt with us in a timely manner after we had had chance to browse around the shop. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She also advised us of alternatives to what we were looking at giving us more choice
