I was highly satisfied with my Pandora assistance because they were very kind, and helpful. They were very kind in helping me choose what to get and what looked best. They were also very helpful in making sure I was satisfied wit6h what I was going to purchase.

Sales associate knew what I was looking for and gave me options to lead up to my purchase also they were very friendly and made me comfortable.

The sales Rep was friendly and knowledgeable.it was very easy to make my purchase and there was not any wait time to speak with a Rep.

I walked in the store with only the intention of having my 8 year old daughter try on a bracelet just to see if there was one her size so I could purchase it next month for her birthday, I explained to the sales associate and he helped me well enough to manage to buy the item with my daughter alongside me and she had and has no idea I purchased it.

Pandora is a very excellent store. The items are very affordable for the customers. Very clean inside & the employees make you feel welcome.

Visiting New York and when I walked in and asked for something unique to the city the assistant knew exactly what to show me. I also had a bonus gift voucher from the hotel where we were staying and the manager came over and asked where I was from. When I said Australia and that I was a semi regular at my local store they asked how it compared and I could honestly say the experience was like being at home. Keep up the amazing work

Quite early morning when we visited this store. I was asked if I needed help and was left to look at items myself. I knew what I wanted so then asked an assistant, who showed me the choices. I chose quite quickly and was asked if I wanted a till receipt or email receipt. The assistant was pleasant so overall I was happy with my trip to your store.
