Excellent service from the saled associate.

As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by a sales associate who assisted me in such a courteous manner. He always kept a smile on his face which made my visit worthwhile. Also, he went above & beyond to obtain the charm that I had been looking for from another store. Kudos to the staff at the Times Square store in NYC!!

The location of the store was easy to find. The staff member that helped me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the product. He also took his time in wrapping the jewelry with precise detail and pride. He was so pleasant!! :)

Staff was very attentive and friendly, asked for a specific item and the sales person that helped me knew exactly what I was talking about, the sales representative was very nice and gave exceptional customer service.

The store was easy to locate from Times Square. The moment I went in the sales representative was willing to help out immediately and directed me to the merchandise I was looking for. The experience was a breeze. I just wish that you have other choices of gift bags or box customer can choose from.

I got an exclusive NYC apple for my travel bracelet When salesman put on bracelet he mentioned I needed clips, I never knew why clips were essential for my bracelet and after he explained and he showed me the Mickey and Minnie clips on my bracelet I had to have them! I had a great visit in NYC can’t wait to come back

PANDORA Jewelry Herald Square. Kimberly was amazing in helping me out. I would highly recommend this store, not the PANDORA @Time Square. They were so unhelpful and not accommodating. I will only shop at the Herald Square location and recommend this store. The associates are amazing and super helpful at the Herald Square location.

The sales person was very friendly and highly knowledgeable of the products. She also taught me how to arrange my bracelet charms. She also had my bracelet cleaned.
