The person who assisted me was very kind and helpful. She helped me choosing my charms to make out a very beautiful brazelet. She was very patient, I loved the experience at the store and the products, obviously. Only wished there were more options for rose gold, as in silver. Thank you!

i wanted the Radiant Teardrop Ring, Clear CZ 4.5 and i was told it was at another store, went to the store and they had the wrong item on HOLD. i was so upset because i really wanted this ring and was so disappointed. i purchase another ring BUT not the one i wanted. maybe next time the sales people should pay close attention :(

He struck up convo with my daughter about her love of acting & even recommended a book that she’d love! Never have I experienced such a pleasant associate. I’ll definitely continue to purchase on days he’s at your Times Square location!
