Visited the Times Square store to buy a souvenir of my birthday trip to NYC.

The team there were amazing. Friendly patient and knowledgeable. I walked out happier than I walked in. The lady who assisted me was such a gem.

We were visiting New York. We went to get the unique charm that only certain cities have.

The person who attended me was really friendly and helpful.

The girl was very kind and friendly, she helped me choose my pendant and they even gave me the option to change the pendant if I change my mind or like something else better.

The sale person was nice but she show me a book with the charms I pick out charms in for the price I saw which is in the book for 35.00. She charge me 45

Stepped in and was immediately greeted even thou the store associates were occupied with other customers. I was directed to Christina who is an amazing, patience and kind individual who knows her pandora. She was extremely helpful and have me tips on how to care for my pandora and also made suggestions. Definitely going back to see her.
