I have purchased 6 bracelets and numerous charms for the women (MY DAUGHTERS, WIFE and GRAND DAUGHTER) in my life and they LOVE them! The fact that you can have a bracelet with charms to commemorate the memories in your life is THE BEST GIFT YOU CAN GIVE A WOMAN!!! My experience was satisfying due to the sales associate that I worked with. The store is the Pandora Times Square The associates name is Leal L. He was patient and knowledgeable of the Pandora merchandise. He also had an eye for helping me select the appropriate charms. He truly made my visit enjoyable.

I visited the Pandora Store in NYC on a recent trip and had the most friendly sales associate I've ever had at a Pandora Store. He was extremely friendly and very personable and never made me feel rushed even though the store was jammed packed with a line out the door!

We had gotten engaged in NYC the night before and came in looking for an engagement charm to celebrate. While we were standing in line, an associate provided us with a booklet to look through and select our charm(s), which was convenient. We were helped promptly and found exactly what we were looking for.

I went early in the morning trying to beat the rush but to my surprise when I got there it was already a bit busy but the sales associates were on point. The line moved pretty fast the associate that helped was quick to find the items i came in looking for. I hate big crowds and was extremely pleased with how quick i was taking care of. I will definitely be visiting this location again.
