First, it was at the peak of holiday shopping and two sales clerks greeted me and pointed me to the line. He then handed me a beautiful catalogto peruse during my wait. A sales clerk behind the counter acknowledged my presence twice even though she was helping another customer. That same clerk ended up assisting me. She helped me pick out a pair of beautiful earrings based on my mother’s particular tastes. She was so knowledgeable and so nice
