Such a lovely shop, clean, friendly and clearly showing everything on display. Unfortunately I do not live in NYC but in the UK hence why I will not be returning in 90 days......I wish I could!! The shop has exactly the ring size I had wanted whereas it has been on order for 7 months here and still waiting.

I went because I had a broken necklace, I wanted to fix it, they gave me a new one because I bought it there the first time... this is great because I will not have to come back for a fixed necklace. It saved me time

Good friendly service, the sales assistant was knowledgeable and helpful. I am unlikely to return to that particular store in the next 90 days though as I live in the UK.
