We could not believe how many charms they had and spent far more than we planed,but hey it's Christmas. We had to return a bracelet not because anything wrong I picked the wrong size they changed it straight away . Lovely staff very helpful just long lines to wait in it was very busy.

I had a problem with my Luxury Card and Melisss suggested that I apply for a Pandora Card. I was approved and made my purchase. I also got an ornament and 2 free bangles.

The sales personnel was very friendly and greeted me when he I walked in. His knowledge of the products and he knew what I was looking for. Also showed and displayed on my hand the promotional bracelet. He was quick and efficient!!
