Having gone to New York for my birthday we were looking for a gift, the previous day we went to the Pandora near MACYs the find th staff unhelpful, slightly off and the ring collection poor. The staff at this Pandora were all very welcoming and friendly from the lady who served us to the security staff! Amazing staff truly made the sale.

I was on a four day visit to New York from the uk so I wouldn’t be returning however the service I received from the ladies in store was exceptional
