We were served by a friendly member of staff. She was able to find what we wanted. Store was easy to find in the city.

Store manager, Mary was extremely helpful with processing my exchange although my original item wasn’t purchased at this Pandora location. She was empathetic towards my distress of receiving a defective bangle from online. Mary’s patience and superior customer service was so amazing that I ended up buying an additional item. Will highly recommend and return to purchase more items from that location in the future.

We were shown exactly what we asked for. The sales associate suggested a safety chain for my bracelet. She then put the charms on the bracelet. Excellent experience

very efficient sales people, it was black friday weekend and the staff was very effivpcient and organized with a larger than normal crowd.
