Excellent service and the only reason I will not be returning in the next 90 data is because I travelled for a short break from the UK . I will however be returning to the USA next year so a voucher would be great. Loved this shop so much that I returned for an additional 2 charms 😀

Was very satisfied I brought a number of items and wanted 2 pay 4 some separate and did confuse the lady but she was very polite and couldn't do enough 2 help us.

I was visiting New York and visited the store and made a purchase. I live in Chicago and frequent my Pandora store there. I don't know when I'll be in New York again, but I am a devoted Pandora custome and will make purchases at my local Pandora store

Assistant was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Store was easy to locate.

An excellent experience

Everyone was so nice and very knowledgeable about the item we were purchasing. And because it was Veterans Day weekend, and my husband who was with me at the store is a Veteran, we got a wonderful discount!! That was so awesome! We don't live in NY and were just visiting from out of state for the weekend, that is why the likelihood of me recommending this location is "Not Very Likely". Othewise I would totally recommend it!! :)

Everyone from the sales associate down to the security guard were very welcome. The sales associate offered her opinion when asked and was very helpful overall.
