The people were very kind and helpful. I was alone with my 3 kids (i am a father) and ehile I was waiting they were taking care about my sons. This is tahat I call CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were also happy to tell me a shortcut to our next destination.

We visited the Time Square NY Pandora boutique. Clean, beautiful, Bright. Everything was welcoming. Walked through the door and was immediately greated by a CS rep. Was directed to the counter were we waited for less then 2 minutes. requested NYC charms, which were at arms reach. the CS rep showed me the international models, and then took the opportunity to show us the exclusive charmed to Time Square. Which we chose from. In less then 15 minutes our purchase was done and we were kindly escorted to the door, which was also opened by the CS rep. Excellent service, will highly recommend. I was pretty satisfied with how I was taken care of. The designs of the charms I specifically wanted to see weren’t really what I had in mind to get but since I was on a trip to NY I really wanted a charm as a souvenir I basically had to pick out from what was available. But the overall service was excellent

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Then given a moment before being inquired upon if I wanted or needed assistance. Gentleman that took care of me was personable, upbeat and always smiling. Thanked me for coming into their store and inquired the nature of my visit - i.e. purchase a gift for someone, item for myself, etc. He was spot on as a sales rep for your products.
