Staff were attentive but not pushy, friendly and guided me straight to what I was looking for.

I was visiting NYC for a few days and wasn’t expecting to see the Pandora store. The assistants were very friendly and helpfull, the store bright and shiny... and open at a late hour. Loved it ! Ended up leaving happy with 3 rings ! 👍🏼

The store locatikn is fantastic! The people workkng jn the store where nice an friendly and very attentive!! I was lookkng for something specific and the lady behind the counter had the patience of gold 😊 and she took her time with me;never did i feel that she was getting annoyed with my questions! Overall a nice expirience..so much im going today again..and sadly its my last day in the united states!

Customer service was great I loved the employee who took care of me I believe his name was Steven he was very polite and understanding and work with me and the budget I had in mind. I didn’t like waiting around to be helped and eventually asking someone to help me which was Steven but after the help he assisted me with it was great. I really enjoyed his expertise and knowledge of product.

I was in and out, Brianna was the person who helped me. I was looking for a safety chain and she showed me some of the chains I was interested in. For instance I wanted a chain that had a hint in it. Although the ones she showed me were purple, I was able to find a safety chain I was satisfied with
