I went to Pandora to replace a broken charm. I bought the charm in June 2021. This is the third time the body of R2D2 has broken off, leaving only the head attached. Each time I have returned to a Pandora location the sale associates have been very helpful with my replacement charm. This last time the R2D2 charm was not available in the store. After having three charms break, I asked if I could exchange it for and another Star Wars charm with the same value. The sales associates showed me all of the Star Wars charms options. I chose the BB8 charm that was a solid piece. I was grateful to be able to get a new charm without any difficulties. Great associates!!

The salesperson was the greatest! He definitely made my experience a truly fun one. He went beyond the call of duty and cleaned my charms for me too!
